Online Yoga

What are your regular online class offerings?: I teach power hour every Tuesday at 12:00 PM.

Where: All classes are offered at https://zoom.us/j/3662278376.

Password: Password remains the same for every class. New students can reach out to me directly for the password. I cannot guarantee responses to same day inquiry.

Payment: My primary income comes from teaching movement practices and I appreciate your support. Classes are donation based. I suggest a donation of $5-25 per practice. Donations can be made through the online scheduling system below as well as to @Emma-Stern-1 on venmo or emma@emmasternyoga.com on paypal.

Sign up or Show up: All my classes use the same zoom link so you can sign up in advance or simply show up. If you wish to sign up in advance, please use the online scheduling system below. All classes reserved through the online scheduling system will come with a complimentary access to the recording.

Membership: If you practice yoga or do online videos with me once a week or more, membership is the best bang for your buck. All-access membership options can be found here.
